Replacement Policy
When Can You Request a Replacement?
If you receive a wrong item or your order arrives in a damaged condition, you may request a replacement within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
Replacement Conditions
To be eligible for a replacement, please ensure the following:
- The item must not be used
- The item must be in its original condition as received
- The replacement request must be made within 3 days of receiving the parcel
⚠️ Note: No replacement will be accepted after 3 days of receiving the parcel.
